St David’s Day Competition

We celebrated St David’s Day at our Whitchurch Memory Café.

We started off with a quick quiz about St David to get us all in the mood.

Our group then created their own St David’s Day art to be entered into our competition.

Our judges were Debbie and Gwyn from the Ararat staff.

Norman sang a variety of songs throughout the session and stole our hearts with his daffodil headdress.

We look forward to seeing everyone again next month.

Winnie won first prize for the neatest colouring-in skills and was presented with Welsh Cake Stout and some special tea-time biscuits.
