Rise And Home Instead At The Ararat - Whitchurch

Rise And Home Instead At The Ararat – Whitchurch
In June at our Memory and Movement Cafe we experienced a very different session facilitated by Rise.
We played tabletop Hockey.
Suzy from Rise helped us to develop finer motor skills and built up our reaction times with this enjoyable game.
Both teams were keen to win but the session ended up with a draw.
As we age it’s important to keep all our faculties working as much as possible, for as long as possible.
This helps us to retain independence and to avoid falls.
At Home Instead Cardiff, Penarth and Barry we are committed to keeping people as active and social as possible.
Whether it’s with our companionship services or our more intense homecare support, we understand that helping people to continue to create great memories is important to their wellbeing.
