Were delighted to be one of 45 exhibitors taking in part in the 14th MEC Fair, which was held this year, at Cardiff City Hall.
Were delighted to be one of 45 exhibitors taking in part in the 14th MEC Fair, which was held this year, at Cardiff City Hall.
It’s an annual event aimed at encouraging ethnic minority communities to access the wide array of health and wellbeing support on offer in their local areas.
The opening address was given my Roon Adam from Race Equality First, along with our First Minister Mark Drakeford and our Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Councillor Bablin Molik, the first woman of colour to hold this post.
It was a busy day with many people accessing all the stalls and taking advantage of free taster sessions in the rooms upstairs.
Our visitors were multi-generational and there was something for everyone.
It was also a great opportunity for stall holders to network with one another and lots of new service collaborations were formed throughout the day.
Miss Wales 2022 Darcey Corria came over to our stall and is pictured holding our WOW Guide and the MenoPals Rhiwbina flyer – a group we currently sponsor.
