In March we had a wonderful taster session at our Memory and Movement Café facilitated by Nicki and Dave from Forget Me Not Chorus.
They specialise in singing groups to bring joy and flexibility to those with a dementia diagnosis.
We all enjoyed the varied songs along with the different actions.
We discovered a choreographer in the group and some rather lovely voices.
