Dedicated Decade

We recently celebrated 10 years of working with Home instead Cardiff with our Care Professional, Sandra!

Sandra joined the Home Instead family back in 2013. The Cardiff office was situated in Rhiwbina providing support to those across Cardiff, Penarth and Barry. Before joining Home Instead, Sandra had mainly worked in the hospitality sector. So this was a change in her career completely.

When Sandra started she was a natural! Over the 10 years with us she has brought a smile and laugh to many a client’s home. Working with some of those clients for 7-8 years. She has helped many people to lead independent lives and live well during their later years.

Not only is she a great support to her clients. She also is a great support to the rest of the Care Professional team. Keeping them update with the information that they need to know so that they can also support the client’s to their best abilities.
