A Decade to Celebrate

We recently celebrated 10 years of working with Home instead Cardiff with our office team member, Beth!

Beth started with Home Instead Cardiff in 2013 as a Care Professional. After 4 years working with her clients she joined the office team as an administrator to the Care Operations team but still able to get involved with clients care from time to time.

Beth says “I enjoy the variety of my job role, working with my lovely colleagues and going out to visit our clients. Home Instead has a different approach to care which is more companionship based and sets us apart from other traditional care agencies. I could see this when I first applied, to work for Home Instead, as it seemed to match with how I wanted to provide support. I wanted to stay to continue to support our clients as well as I have developed lovely friendships and working relationships with my colleagues.

For anyone looking to join the care sector, they should go for it. It’s honestly the best move you can make.
