A Chance to Chat, Learn and Reminisce

To tackle loneliness, it’s our mission to ensure that all older or vulnerable people remain happy, healthy and connected in our local communities.

We visited Barry War Museum and were delighted they will distribute our What’s On Where Guides to those who may benefit from them.

The team of volunteers who run the museum are always there to give a guided tour of all the exhibitions and chat about the background to some of the historical objects.

It’s a great place to go if you are feeling in need of some stimulating company as there is lots to learn and also many opportunities to reminisce.

The team say they are often gain so much more information from visitors who have some amazing stories of their own to share.

The museum offers free admission and you can make a donation of your choice if you wish.
