In August we celebrated our Care Professional Deb’s 10 Year Award presentation.
We surprised her with flowers and a special treat at a local restaurant.
Deb’s journey into care was never meant to be a career choice.
She enjoyed a job in teaching and only did some part time care work to save money for a big trip abroad.
Once she had tried it, she found she really enjoyed it and what’s more, she excels at it.
Her natural warmth and empathy puts everyone at ease and she instinctively understands her client’s needs for the familiar and for routine.
Her client base is varied and her commitment to ensuring she is always there for them, regardless of how she is feeling, is apparent to both her clients and our team.
She is a wonderful ambassador for our brand as she epitomises the Care Professional role.
We look forward to her continued support of our lovely clients for another 10 years!
