Jo’s role will involve; recruiting more caregivers to the existing team, providing training, and offering support. Jo said: “I’m really excited to be getting stuck into my new role at Home Instead, and being able to make a real difference. I understand the care sector and could clearly see that Home Instead were doing things differently. Recruiting caring and compassionate individuals, will be a key focus of my role.”
Outside of her caring career, Jo is extremely keen on keeping fit and supporting charities and has just completed the Race for Life.
Owner of Home Instead Senior care, Frances Sayer, is delighted to have Jo on board, commenting: “Jo is a very welcome addition to our team as she shares our passion to support older people who wish to remain living in their own homes. Her wealth of experience and personality fits with the Home Instead company ethos perfectly.”
