Our greatest strength has always been our people.

At Home Instead Canary Wharf, our greatest strength has always been our people.
Our compassionate Care Professionals and dedicated management team bring our mission to life every day, and we work hard to foster a culture that supports wellbeing, professional growth and long-term retention.
So how do we ensure that a positive and productive culture continues to thrive?
For us, the answer is simple: listening.
Each year, we partner with WorkBuzz, a leading specialist employee engagement consultancy, to gain genuine, actionable insights into our team’s daily experiences, ensuring we continuously support their wellbeing, nurture our unique culture, and retain the incredible talent that makes Home Instead so special. Our goal is to understand what’s working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed changes that help our people feel valued and supported.
WorkBuzz’s platform allows for real-time, anonymous feedback, which gives us a confidential way to listen and act.
We’ve named this annual survey “PEAQ”, which stands for “Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality.
Our PEAQ results this year were exceptionally positive and left us immensely proud.
These outcomes reflect the dedication and heart our teams bring every day, and demonstrate the profound connection our Care Professionals feel to our mission.
These results also confirm that our ongoing investments in training, recognition and supportive leadership are making a measurable difference.
For clients and families, these findings provide reassurance that the people delivering care are engaged, proud and committed. For prospective team members, the results show that Home Instead is a workplace that nurtures professional growth while valuing the individual behind the role.
We’re grateful to everyone who took part in the PEAQ survey. Their honesty is helping shape a workplace where kindness, professionalism and belonging thrive.
