Our goal is to understand what’s working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed changes that help our people feel valued and supported.

WorkBuzz’s platform allows for real-time, anonymous feedback, which gives us a confidential way to listen and act.

We’ve named this annual survey “PEAQ”, which stands for “Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality.
