Owner of company providing care at home in Bromley and surrounding areas has won a national award for employer excellence based on employee feedback

Following an independent survey by WorkBuzz, Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington won the ‘PEAQ Award for Employer Excellence,’ having gained the most impressive survey responses from homecare professionals out of all 250+ Home Instead franchises. It achieved a world class score, showing the business to be a supportive employer that helps people progress in a fruitful career journey.
100% of homecare professionals say that they feel motivated by management to go the extra mile. Clients and their families undoubtedly feel well-supported as a result, as 92% of clients say that they are likely to recommend Home Instead’s care.
Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington, based in West Wickham, offers training opportunities that enable homecare professionals to succeed in their roles and specialise in certain areas of care if they wish. 100% of homecare professionals also say that they felt supported by the company as they underwent training in the early stages of their role, standing them in great stead from the word go and helping them feel confident in their roles.
