We know that involving a care agency in your own, or a loved one’s care, can feel daunting and we take our responsibilities seriously. We operate a robust recruitment process with less than 2% of those who apply meeting our high standards. We will agree a start date that meets your needs. As a guide, care can usually start within a couple of days of the home care consultation.
- Enjoy peace of mind. We will introduce our Care professionals to you and a dedicated Client Service Manager will ensure the smooth running of the care package. Should any adjustments need to be made to the home care, or the care plan, the Client Services Manager will be happy to do so to ensure that the best possible care is provided.
