Welcome to our blog! My name is Rachel and as Operations Manager at our local Home Instead here in the North of Bristol, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an extraordinary team.
Today, I’d like to celebrate their brilliant work and share a little about one of the fantastic people behind the invaluable care we provide to the Bristol North community. At the heart of this exceptional team, is our Care Manager, Rebecca.
Career progression
Rebecca has 15 years care experience, and she joined us in October 2018, beginning her journey with our team as a Home Instead Care Professional. Her dedication and skills quickly became apparent, leading to her being tasked with setting up a new office in Downend, Greater Bristol. Under her management, this office has consistently provided high-quality care to our local clients in the surrounding Bristol suburbs. Rebecca’s empathy, passion, and significant experience in Domiciliary Care have been crucial in surpassing our clients’ expectations consistently.

From Downend to Henleaze
Significantly, Rebecca has recently taken on the management of the Henleaze office, implementing her compassionate leadership style across the entire Home Instead Bristol North care team with overall responsibility for care delivery. Both our co-owner Andrew and I couldn’t be happier with her new role. We are confident that Rebecca’s in-depth knowledge and dedication will continue bringing about exceptional care services across both our locations.
Rebecca’s approach to care management is holistic and client-focused. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs and preferences. Her hands-on approach means she is always available to support our team, offering guidance and advice to ensure the best possible care is delivered.
