Tracy, our Registered Manager with over 10 years in the social care sector, is dedicated to
providing first-class service for our clients. Having advanced through various roles and spent
3 years at Home Instead, she combines experience with a passion for quality care.

compliance and high-quality care while leading training programs that boost team
performance. With a Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification, Emma is passionate about
exceptional care.

As the scheduler, Kadie collaborates with clients to identify visit times that fit their routines
and matches them with the right Care Professionals. She facilitates familiar introductions,
sends weekly timesheets, and keeps clients updated on any changes.

Hollie, our Recruiter, has over 6 years of experience in the care sector, using her knowledge
to recruit compassionate Care Professionals for our team. In her spare time, she enjoys
nature walks, dining out, and going on sunny holidays, embracing life’s simple pleasures.
