Our Care Professionals are matched to our clients, and will take time to build a trusted relationship, which helps them feel reassured when receiving help with personal care. This can include, bathing, showering or washing and medication support and reminders. Additional support with more clinical needs when required, such as catheter or stoma care can be provided, by our trained Care Professionals. With their support, we can help relieve any stressful situations. This in turn provides peace of mind for family members that their loved ones are receiving the best possible support.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

I would like to thank you and your team for going above and beyond for them both over the past 5 years. All your care professionals provided excellent care and support to Mr & Mrs T from shopping to cleaning the house and providing 2 meals a day.
