A sad time at Home Instead Brentwood Billericay & Upminster

Last week the team said good bye to office mascot Crumble who had been coming into the office for the last eleven and a half years

It was a sad time last week for the team at Home Instead Brentwood Billericay & Upminster as the owners Lakeland Terrier Crumble past away. She was very much the office mascot and will be greatly missed. The Office team created the below as a tribute;

In corners warm and sunlit spots,She claimed the best of office lots.

A wag, a stretch, a gentle sigh—Crumble watched the hours go by.
Our little lady, calm and sweet,With padded paws and steady beat.
From desk to desk, she’d make her way,A silent joy in every day.
She knew the buzz of Monday’s start,The coffee talk, the printer’s heart.
A well-timed bark, a playful spin,And suddenly, the work felt kin.
She never typed, she never billed,But oh, the space that she had filled—
With comfort, grace, and knowing eyes,A furry soul who made us wise.
When meetings dragged and emails piled,-She’d lift the gloom with something wild—
A sneaky snack, a soulful stare,Reminding us to simply care.
