Forest café offers a great place to stop for a hot or cold refreshment after a walk and is dog friendly.   The café offers a range of cakes and cookies made exclusively by award winning cake artist, Love It Cakes.  They also sell generous portions of sandwiches, bagels, Pieminister pies, sausage rolls and patties with a wide section of vegan and gluten free options. The cafe is open 7 days a week from 9am until 4pm and you can enjoys great views across the countryside and on a good day see Canary Wharf in London.  You can enjoy the new heritage trail and take many walking trails into the woods. Megarrys Antiques and Tea Shop

In Blackmore picturesque village is Megarrys in Jericho Cottage. Dandelion Coffee Shop

Dandelion is a family run business in Stock and is a local hub for the village and a friendly place to meet friends and family for food and a drink.  All ingredients are locally sourced and they support local businesses nearby.  They have a large menu from brunch, light snacks, mains coffee, tea drinks and cakes and desserts.  They offer a good selection of cakes from lemon drizzle, victoria sandwich, Maltese crunch, rocky road, lemon slice and scones with clotted Cornish cream and tiptree jam.  Dandelion isn’t your typical coffee shop, as it also is a bistro and the perfect place to meet friends for lunch.
