Companionship lunch for older people in Woodmansey
We had a great time last week at our newest companionship lunch in Woodmansey. There was bingo, a raffle and a game of play your cards right along with lots of conversation and a chance to meet old and new friends. At Home Instead we understand the need to fight loneliness and this is one of a number of regular events we hold throughout the East Riding for older people to socialise.
The lunch is held on the third Wednesday of each month from 12 – 2pm at the Warton Arms in Woodmansey, https://www.wartonarmspub.co.uk/. It’s a free, fun and inclusive event for older people in our community with everyone welcome.
