Best pubs in Belfast to visit with your Grandparents

Henry's Bar

Established in 1798, this bar is steeped in Belfast history and a place to bring every member of the family, as it is also dog friendly. Henry’s bar serves food until 9pm, a perfect spot to visit for a pub lunch when out shopping in the city centre. There is live music every day, from 7pm to 9pm during the week and 5.30pm to 1am at the weekend. The traditional music and Irish dancing can allow for an enjoyable time when out with family. There is also many whiskey tasting nights held in Henry’s bar- a great idea for a gift for a grandparent.

Errigle Inn

The Errigle Inn is situated on Ormeau Road and has a great reputation for serving good quality food and drink. The bar has a large selection of drink to choose from and hosts guest draughts from local breweries like Hilden and Whitewater. Their pub quiz take place on Mondays (weekly) at 9.45pm. Entry is £1.00, and you can have up to 6 people on a team.

Robinson's Bar

Robinson’s bar is one of Belfasts longest running bars, established in 1895. It is located in the city centre and has numerous areas you can sit with family- the Saloon, Fibbers, Bistro, Pool Loft and Lounge. There is live traditional music every night in Fibbers bar and food served daily in the Bistro. If you are into playing some pool, the Pool Loft has eight pool table you can use and 5 mega surround screens showing all live sports.

White's Tavern

White’s is Belfast oldest Tavern, established in 1630, located in the heart of the city centre. This pub serves food and drink daily, with locally brewed whiskey and beer. There is live music every night of the week, something to enjoy with your Grandparents. The Tavern provide a reasonably priced Sunday menu, with two courses for £20.95.
