Roger is the Business Manager for Home Instead Belfast. His role covers finance and the overall day-to-day operations of the business. Roger has been working with Home Instead for 5 years in various roles, ensuring quality care is at the forefront.

Louise is the Registered Care Manager and Trainer for Home Instead Belfast. She has over 13 years experience working in care. She ensures the safety and compliance of the office to meet the standards for the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority in Northern Ireland.

Jade is the care support co-ordinator. She is in charge of scheduling client visits, along with supporting our Care Professionals. Jade ensures that continuity of care is at the forefront for our clients.
