Tracey, who works closely alongside Home Instead Bedford owner Moona Karim, has dedicated more than 25 years to working in care and supporting people across the local community. Her nomination recognises the commitment, compassion and professionalism she brings to her role every day.

Over the years, Tracey has developed extensive experience in dementia care, end-of-life support and delegated healthcare activities, helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. She is also passionate about supporting Care Professionals and maintaining high standards of care across the team.
