Client Co-Ordinator - Full Time

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire. As Client Co – Ordinator you will:
· Maintaining positive relationships with clients
· Building schedules for clients with matched Care Professionals
· Co-ordinating new and existing care packages
· And much more
As a Client Co-Ordinator you must have achieved or working towards completing a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent. Experience within the care section is essential, a passion for delivery hight customer service and have the knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health Social care is desired.
