Three Horseshoes

A traditional, family pub situated within the centre of the village of Towersey. A great place to relax and enjoy your meal in a warm, friendly atmosphere. You can find dining area, bar and a beautiful newly refurbished garden for everyone to visit throughout the year. Due to the variety of different preferences, there is a selection of menus to suit everyone’s requirements.

Speaking about traditional, you can enjoy the classic Fish and Chips, Gammon Ham and double egg, or Scampi and Chips. If you love International Cuisine and you are a spicy food person they’ve got you all covered. From Korean Gochujang Coated Chicken to Thai Yellow Chicken Curry all served with rice, and let’s not forget their mouth-watering Homemade Chilli Con Carne. The Bugle Horn

An amazing pub, located in Hartwell. The Bugle Horn was a farmhouse, but during the early 1800s is used as a wine store for Hartwell House where Louis XVIII lived there in exile. The pubs name comes from the fossils of the same name seen in The Bugle Horn’s walls.

Today The Bugle Horn is a country pub, serving delicious old classics like Fish & Chips, and new seasonal dishes including the Steak Frites and the Lamb Shepherd’s Pie. The All Day Menu includes Gammon Steak, Chicken & Vegetable Penang Curry, Rich Beef & Red Wile Lasagne, as well as new dishes, created from their talented chefs such as Beef Chianti Casserole and Duo of Lamb. Lovely community-owned pub, established in 1847. The Stag has a long history and it’s been “a destination for foodies, near and far, for many years”. They are open from Wednesday to Sunday, serving delicious, fresh meals, light bites, brunch, homemade cakes and drinks.
