Meet the team

  • We are committed to making a difference to the lives of the people in our community. Whether that’s supporting young people to take their first steps in the workplace, helping adults back into work after a setback or creating opportunities for the vulnerable in our community

    Lee and Bal Harrington

  • I love to care for individuals in our community by supporting them and encouraging them to live happily in their own homes. My passion for care in the community informed my decision to permanently move to Domiciliary care in 2003.

  • I get satisfaction from ensuring that all client’s care packages are delivered with continuity and stability to the best that can be achieved. I also work hard to keep the Care Professionals’ driving times to a minimum for their wellbeing.

    Luan Thompson

  • After caring for a family member it became clear that a Care Professional role would be best suited to me, so I moved from the retail sector and into Health and Social Care. I love to make a difference to our clients as this gives me job satisfaction.

  • My name is Cap, I joined Home Instead in 2020 when I was 9 months old. My main job is to keep spirits high and motivate the team, but I am also very good at watching over everyone's lunch and making sure the sofa doesn't run away.

    Head of Animal Assisted Therapy

  • My name is Harlow. I joined Home Instead in 2023 as a Therapy dog. In 2021, I came from Cyprus as a rescue dog to my new home in the UK. My job is to help the office staff stay happy and calm as well as hover up any crumbs after lunch and give lots of cuddles.
