Fay Sinclair - senior caregiver

Meet the team

My name is Fay Sinclair and I have been involved in the caregiving industry for over 20 years in one guise or another. Most recently I worked as a Team Leader working closely with a client, a teenage boy, who suffered from cerebral palsy. I forged a very strong bond with him which was very fulfilling to me. I have gained much experience and knowledge working in different areas of care from being involved in child welfare in the school environment, working in care homes and working in Domiciliary care working my way up to Deputy Manager. I have a positive approach to work and look forward to the exciting journey I have started with Home Instead Aylesbury Vale. Outside of work I have two grown-up sons who are starting their life adventures which allows my husband and I to indulge in our passion which is travelling to as many places around the world ad possible. I love to walk my beloved dog whatever the weather........as long as it is sunny ??
