Our day care support is especially valuable for those living with dementia, Parkinson’s, or recovering from a stroke. At Home Instead, many of our team specialise in these areas and have the experience to provide expert care.
We can also help with rehabilitation. We can work alongside your other healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, to ensure you recover well.
It’s also about enjoyment! We can take our clients out and about to classes, social groups and places of interest. Some of our Care Professionals take the time to create Life Journals with our clients. These are particularly good for reminiscing and evoking memories and stories.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
