Home Instead is celebrating after 72 of its offices have been awarded the WorkBuzz 5* Employer Award, recognising excellence in employee engagement and workplace culture.
This significant uplift from last year’s 43 offices, is a strong testament to the brilliant work being carried out by our local offices, giving Care Professionals the support they need to carry out their vital work keeping older people safe at home.
The WorkBuzz 5* Employer Award is based on independent employee feedback on areas such as whether the employee would recommend their place of work. The survey recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding dedication to supporting, valuing and investing in their people. Achieving this status places 72 of our offices among the top employers for workplace satisfaction and engagement.
