Care in Easingwold

Home Instead is a locally owned service providing care and support that enables older people to continue living in the home they know and love. We have been providing home care in Easingwold since 2009 and our service is rated outstanding for ‘caring’ by the Care Quality Commission.

Our care is tailored to each individual and starts with a consultation either at home or online if you prefer. During the consultation we will explain any further information about how Home Instead works and gather the details we need to build a care plan that works the way you want it to.

Based on this information we match you up with suitable Care Professionals and agree a “Care Solution” that meets your needs at times that suit you.

Our range of care services caters for all requirements from someone who would benefit from some extra company and a chat over a cuppa, to someone who needs some assistance preparing a freshly cooked meal each day and through to someone who needs support with aspects of personal care such as washing and dressing.

What’s different about Home Instead?

• 2-hour minimum visit length as part of a Care Solution package
• All Care Professionals fully introduced to the people they are looking after, and shadow visits organised where needed.
• Office team carefully coordinate between clients, their families, the care professionals, health professionals and representatives.
• Care plans and notes available on a portal for a named person if consent given by the client.
• We can help organise things like gardening or shopping.
• Care Professional team fully employed and extensively checked on recruitment.
• Detailed tailored care planning based on a person’s wishes and needs
• The ‘mum test’ – we only recruit caring, compassionate people we would be happy to look after our own mums and dads

Our care solutions start from 5 hours per week and range through to providing live-in care.
