Scam Awareness - Match ready
We continued our efforts to keep clients and their families safe by spreading awareness of the latest fraud prevention guidance through the Take Five to Stop Fraud’s Match ready campaign. By sharing trusted advice and practical tips with our Care Professionals and office team, we’re helping our community stay alert and informed.
We also welcome opportunities to deliver scam awareness sessions in the community—please contact us if you’d like to arrange one for your group or organisation.
Dementia Action Week
During Dementia Action Week (w/c 19th May), we joined the national effort to raise awareness and provide support to people living with dementia and their loved ones.

Moments of Creativity
In May, we proudly launched our new series: Moments of Creativity, a celebration of the artistic talents and personal expressions of our wonderful clients.
From painting and poetry to heartfelt stories, this series highlights the passions that continue to inspire, uplift and connect.
To begin, we were honoured to share the story of EW—an inspiring artist who, after suffering a stroke in 2018, bravely taught herself to paint with her left hand. Her resilience and love for art remind us that creativity truly knows no limits.

Our quarterly Care Pro meeting at Home Instead Yeovil was a brilliant opportunity to reconnect and recognise the incredible contributions of our team.

They showed exceptional kindness by helping a client change their bedding—something simple yet deeply meaningful, and a key part of supporting her personal outcomes. Thank you both for your care and compassion.
Celebrating Birthdays and Special Moments
May saw some joyful birthday celebrations for our clients and team members including 90th birthday of our client RMT. These milestones are always a pleasure to celebrate and bring warmth to everyone involved.
