Community Coffee Morning in Sherborne
Deputy Care Manager Alexia attended the Community Cuppa at Cheap Street Church Hall, hosted by The Rendezvous, Sherborne.
It was a lovely opportunity to connect with members of the local community, alongside the Social Prescribing team from The Grove Medical Centre, Age UK, Colten Care’s Abbey View, and Carer Support Dorset. Events like these help us stay closely connected with local services and ensure we’re supporting our community in the best way possible.
Celebrations
We had plenty to celebrate this June—including birthdays of our wonderful Care Pros, clients, and office team members, as well as work anniversaries.
A very special shout-out goes to Liz, who marked her 5-year anniversary with Home Instead Yeovil. Thank you, Liz, for your continued dedication and the care you bring to every visit. We’re so lucky to have you as part of our team!
Care Pros of the Month – Katie & Ness
We’re thrilled to recognise Katie and Ness as our Care Pros of the Month for June!
Katie has been a huge support to our on-call team, stepping in to cover visits at short notice and helping during times of sickness. Her compassion and reliability shine through in every visit.
Ness showed remarkable thoughtfulness by buying a client a new pair of slippers—a small act that made a big difference and showed the genuine care she brings to her role.
