We’re incredibly proud to recognise Sophie and Kirsty as our Care Professionals of the Month for July, for their outstanding care, dedication, and compassion.

Sophie is being recognised for not one, but two moments where she truly shone:

• First, for her calm and professional response in handling, recording, and reporting an incident — her attention to detail and commitment to doing the right thing stood out.
• Second, for supporting a client who went out walking late in the evening. Sophie acted quickly and responsibly to ensure their safety.

Clients and families describe her as “lovely, wonderful, and very caring” — and we couldn’t agree more.

Kirsty is being recognised for her kindness, creativity, and thoughtfulness. She baked a beautiful homemade cake decorated with flowers for client MS’s birthday — a gesture that left MS emotional and deeply touched.
Beyond that, Kirsty consistently brings a warm and caring presence to her visits and goes above and beyond every day.

Thank you, Sophie and Kirsty, for being such shining examples of what it means to care from the heart.
