Our longer visits, which are a minimum of one hour, allow for a combination of support tasks to be completed. Personal care, companionship, home help and housekeeping can be blended into a completely tailored care package, that gives you the assistance and reassurance that you are receiving the exact support you need.
Our personalised plans are completely flexible in their nature – we know that needs can change at any time so our services and our care professionals can adapt to your changing requirements. Our friendly office teams in Gresford and Buckley are just a phonecall away to discuss any tweaks or additional services, ensuring that your personal plan continues to be relevant to your needs.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

Do you provide home-cooked meals?
Meal choices are your preference but we pride ourselves in providing fresh, home-cooked food. If you love cooking, we are keen to support you. If there is a recipe that you love, our Care Professionals can learn how to make this with you.
What home help tasks can you support with?
We can help with laundry, vacuuming, changing bedding and emptying bins amongst others. If you have a routine that you’d like us to stick to then let us know – we’ll always be guided by you and your preferences.
Will my Care Professional go shopping for me?
Our Care Professionals will happily pick up your groceries or you can go with them. We can provide a pre-payment card to give you peace of mind when shopping

- Is there any housework you are unable to do?
Our home help care covers light household tasks which can be carried out during a visit. This would not cover deep cleaning of a client’s home.
