If you’re looking for a job where you’re trusted to take your time, supported to grow, and proud of the difference you make each day, this could be it.

At Home Instead Wolverhampton, Wombourne & Kingswinford, we deliver care with compassion, patience, and local knowledge. Our team supports older adults across the area to live independently at home, and we’re proud to do it in a way that feels personal, not rushed.

We’re looking for more people to join us; people who want flexible work, proper support, and the chance to make a difference in their own community.

What You’ll Get from Us

We know it takes time and confidence to be a great Care Professional, which is why we don’t throw anyone in the deep end. From your first day, we’re right there beside you.

Here’s what sets us apart:

– Structured training from the start
You’ll begin with a thorough induction and shadow shifts, plus mentoring from more experienced team members. Later, you can work towards City & Guilds Assured Training or a recognised NVQ qualification – we’ll help you build a future, not just do a job.

– Visits that last long enough to care
No 15-minute drop-ins here. Our minimum visit is one hour, and we plan with block scheduling in mind. That means you can focus on the client, not your watch.

– We pay for your time, properly
You’ll be paid for travel time, waiting time, and mileage. We make sure your whole working day is valued.

You’re part of a real team

From regular catch-ups and team meetings to support in the field, you’ll always have someone to turn to. We also make sure you’re introduced to new clients, so nothing feels unexpected.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience in care to apply, you just need to be kind, reliable, and ready to learn. We’re especially interested in people from across Wolverhampton, Wombourne, Kingswinford, and surrounding areas who know the local community.

We offer:

– Care Professional roles: Supporting clients with personal care, companionship, and home help (See A Day in the Life of a Care Professional)

– Office and coordination roles: For those interested in scheduling, admin, or client services

– Progression paths: Including opportunities in mentoring, training, and team leadership

Whether you’re looking for a few hours a week or a full-time career, there’s something here for you.
