There is never a dull moment in the office here at Home Instead when Tilly the office dog is around. She wants to be involved...and she is especially interested in ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible. She checks the Client Journals before they go out as she understands the importance of knowing as much about a client we are providing care and support for.
Health and mobility, medication and safety are as important as personality, family relationships and background history and experiences, all of which we collect when we meet our clients. A comprehensive understanding of someone helps us match them with a appropriate companion/CAREGiver, both in terms of experience and personality.
