As we head into the second half of 2015, our 'Year of the CAREGiver' has been rather busy.
At Home Instead, we know that we are nothing without our CAREGivers, our amazing Superheroes who pocess such special powers in their vocation and dedication to make a difference to our clients lives in the Wimbledon and Kingston areas. They truly care! They want their clients to stay in the comfort of their own home and they know that the companionship and help they offer, might be the difference between staying at home or having to look at alternative options.
So throughout the year we have been laying on events and rewards to recognise the great work they do.
Our pub nights are proving popular, where everyone has the opportunity to meet new people and build friendship. Caring can be a lonely job and we want to make sure that our staff feel part of a team.
Breakfast with the Boss is also enjoyed, not only for the delicious bacon and coffee but also for our MD Clare to spend some quality time getting to know the team.
With back massages and thank you cards, gift vouchers and our bi-annual CAREGiver Conference, we are doing our best to make a difference to our CAREGivers lives, as they make such a difference to their clients lives.
