We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Living with Parkinson’s brings daily challenges—but with the right support, life can still bloom. We create flexible care plans tailored to each individual, depending on their needs, from medication and mobility support to home help, GP visits at Grand Drive Surgery and appointments at Kingston Hospital. We also partner with local physios to support movement and confidence. Our client June, a keen gardener, can’t manage the heavy lifting anymore—but we help her visit Lower Morden Garden Centre and assist with watering and weeding. This means her garden is still bursting with colour, which does a huge amount for her personal wellbeing.

A neurological condition like Parkinson’s is life changing, as more parts of the brain are impacted it can lead to a number of symptoms that can be difficult to deal with alone.
