Bringing Westminster Together for Dementia Action Week 2026

Dementia Action Week 2026: Bringing Our Community Together

At Home Instead Westminster, we are proud to play a leading role in the Westminster & Kensington Dementia Action Alliance (DAA), bringing together local organisations to create a more dementia-friendly community.

This year, Dementia Action Week (11–30 May 2026) has grown into a three-week programme of inclusive, dementia-friendly events across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.

A Community-Led Programme

Dementia Action Week is a true collaboration between:

  • Cultural institutions
  • Health and care services
  • Community organisations

Together, we are working to:

  • Raise awareness of dementia
  • Improve access to support
  • Help people live well with dementia
  • Build a more inclusive community

This aligns with our shared priorities of prevention, early support, and community connection.
