What is Dementia Action Week

Dementia Action Week is a national event that brings people together to raise awareness, show support for those living with dementia, and promote inclusion across our communities.
At Home Instead Westminster, we are proud to collaborate with our partners across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea to deliver a week filled with culture, wellbeing, and community events – all designed to make a meaningful difference.
