  • Matching you with local Clients, so you can provide personalised one-on-one support that enables our Clients to live independently at home.
  • Giving you sufficient time to care, with a minimum of 1-hour visits, you can get to know our Clients and provide quality care without feeling rushed or rushing our Clients.

Be the one to deliver a smile

Visit regular clients for at least one hour to help them with all aspects of daily life such as preparing a warm meal, getting up and ready for the day or taking a trip out for lunch.

Every day is different and you’ll meet lovely colleagues and clients… and share plenty of laughs along the way too!

We’ll provide all the support you need and personally introduce you to each client, alongside facilitating our world-class training and induction programme, to make sure you get off on the right foot.

A member of our office team will also be on hand 24 hours a day if you need to speak to us for total peace of mind!

Pay

We pay a competitive local rate of £12 per hour on weekdays and on weekends and double pay on bank holidays.

Availability

To be considered for a role with us at Home Instead Wembley, you will need to be available for approximately 15 hours and for a variety of evenings, days and weekends.

Transportation

Our current roles require candidates to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle to enable our Clients to access the local community. Alternatively, candidates will need access to good transport links to be able to travel in and around the Brent and Harrow areas.
