Free Dementia Support Workshops in Wembley: Guidance for Carers This February

Looking after someone living with dementia often means navigating new challenges every week. From understanding changes in behaviour to figuring out social care systems, it can feel like you’re expected to become an expert overnight.
The Understanding Dementia Workshops 2026 in Wembley have been created to offer practical, down-to-earth support for carers. This free six-week programme provides useful guidance, open discussion and the reassurance that you are not alone. Even though the series has already started, there is still time to attend the remaining sessions, and earlier workshops can be accessed via recording.

– 2 March: Staying Well as a Carer
Each workshop focuses on a specific theme, meaning you can benefit even if you join midway through the programme.
