Dementia Cafés in Wembley: Local Groups, Times and Support Across Brent

When someone you love is living with dementia, having somewhere safe and welcoming to go each week can make a real difference.
Across Wembley and the wider Brent area, dementia cafés provide exactly that – relaxed, friendly spaces where people living with dementia and their families can connect, enjoy activities and feel supported.
What is a Dementia Café?
Dementia cafés are informal community groups offering a warm, understanding environment. Alongside tea and conversation, many include activities such as music, chair exercise, crafts and gentle social games.
They’re as much for carers as they are for those living with dementia, creating space to share experiences and feel less alone.
Much of this support across the borough is coordinated by Community Action on Dementia Brent, helping build a more dementia-friendly community.
