Since taking ownership of the business in 2012, Melissa has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, person-centred care for older people. With a genuine passion for supporting the elderly, she has built the business around the values of dignity, respect, kindness, and excellence, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care.

Melissa is joined by her husband, Stephen, who became a shareholder to support the continued growth of the business. Stephen leads our Finance Department, ensuring the organisation remains strong and sustainable while allowing our care teams to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional care.
Together, Melissa and Stephen share a deep commitment to making a positive difference within the local communities of Warrington and Lymm. Their shared vision is to provide reliable, high-quality home care that enables people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes while giving families complete peace of mind.

Beyond the business, Melissa is passionate about tackling loneliness and social isolation. She founded and continues to lead a local companionship group in Woolston, providing a welcoming space where people can come together to enjoy conversation, build friendships, and take part in games and activities. This initiative reflects the values at the heart of the business—supporting not only people’s care needs but also their wellbeing and sense of community.
