While hospital care is essential, many people find that true recovery and emotional comfort are best achieved at home. With home-based cancer support, you have a dedicated care team available when you need them, without long waits or added stress. Our Care Professionals maintain regular communication with your wider healthcare team, ensuring your GP and other clinicians remain fully aligned with the care you’re receiving. We also recognise that cancer care is about more than medical support. Sometimes you may simply want someone to talk to, company during treatment, or reassurance on a difficult day. Whatever you need throughout this journey, we’re here to ensure you feel supported, understood and never alone.

We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
Companionship care
We carefully match Care Professionals with clients to ensure a meaningful bond is created.
Home help & meal prep

Mobility support
Helping your loved one move around their home safely, including transfers and positioning.
Health appointment management
We support you to attend those important health appointments.

Our Care Professionals receive industry-leading training, including specialist cancer care modules, preparing them to provide reliable support with medication routines, personal care, symptom management and rehabilitation. Many hold Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications and bring years of hands-on experience in home-based oncology care.
Families across Wandsworth, Lambeth and Dulwich trust us because we combine professional expertise with genuine kindness. As one family shared:
“We needed 24-hour care for a terminal cancer patient. Six carers were assigned. All were considerate and attentive. We felt in really good hands, which is so valuable in a time of great stress and sadness.”
— James N, (Son of Client)

To provide a calm and creative outlet for individuals impacted by cancer, we host a free, monthly workshop for clients, caregivers, and family members. These sessions feature gentle, guided art and craft activities, including pottery, therapeutic colouring, and painting, offering a welcome break from the routine of treatment and an opportunity to connect with others who understand the journey.
Our Care Professionals are on hand to assist with transport and accompany clients, ensuring that attending is both safe and stress-free, so everyone can fully enjoy the experience and benefit from shared support and friendly company.
