“I arranged for temporary care following knee replacement surgery to manage the stockings you have to wear post operation. I booked an hour a day for personal care and light household duties. The ladies/girls who came were knd, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
They did all the jobs I asked them to and gave me their full attention .
They arrived at the arranged time most of the time, however on the few occasions that there were issues,
the office kept me fully informed when carers were running late due to unforseen circumstances. They wre also flexible when I reduced my needs from an hour to 30 minutes a day.
Overall I wiuld not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help at home.”

I was recommended Home Instead by a colleague from work who used them for both her mom and mother in law. I must admit to allow strangers to care for an elderly relative made me very anxious. From the initial enquiry to the home visit the team make you feel very at ease nothing is too much trouble. The ladies that care for my mom feel like extended family, they really are good at matching the client to the right carer. The app is wonderful. On a recent short break away, the ladies were able to keep me informed sending me photos and updates, to reassure me my mom was in good hands. Honestly I don’t know what I would do without them. They even run a coffee club once a week which I personally have attended it was Brilliant, coffee cake & singing what more could you ask for !!
