Home Care in Hadlow

Home Instead Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Edenbridge care area reaches to Hadlow and Golden Green. Our well trained and experienced Care Professionals visit our clients in their own homes to provide personal care, home help and companionship. Visits can be an hour or several hours and the care plan is prepared with our clients to their individual needs. The care plan may include accompanying to The Old School Hall for an exercise class to maintain mobility and balance or to Weathered and Worn Coffee Shop, a favourite of one of our client’s for lunch or afternoon tea as well as changing beds, preparing meals, prompting medication or assisting with the morning getting up routine. We tailor the visit to our client.

Some clients require more specialist care and our Care pros are also trained to support people with Dementia and Parkinson’s. Helping within the home and assisting with activities or attending events outside the home. As our clients’ abilities decline and their needs increase, we review and adapt the care package and should it become necessary then we can also provide Live in Care, overnight waking or sleeping support and end of life care if home is where they want to be. We are usually able to set up a care package within 2/3 days.
