Why Personal Care may be right for you

Our Care Pros are trained to cope with everything from just a gentle reminder that a wash and brush teeth need to be done, to a full bed bath for those unable to leave their beds. Personal Care also extends to choosing clothes and helping someone to get dressed, assistance with hair washing and visits to the bathroom whilst ensuring our client’s dignity is respected.

We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to make sure that my mum is always happy and well looked after. And of great importance to us all, is the peace of mind we have knowing that whatever might happen, we have full confidence that the carers will be able to deal with it and at the same time will keep us fully informed.
