Why Home Instead Dementia Care may be right for you

In addition to dementia care we offer everything from companionship, personal care and home help. We recognise that every client has their own needs and tailor their care package accordingly. Visits can be as little as 1 hour per day or longer visits that accommodate health care visits to GP’s, hospital, dentist or hair appointments. Some packages will be for morning and evening visits daily to assist with personal care at breakfast and bedtime. Others for Live in Care or even someone to stay over night either awake or asleep. We provide our Care Pros with additional specific training for Parkinson’s, catheter, stoma, palliative care and endo of life. Whilst we are not an emergency service we can usually organise care within a day or two.

What we do to care for your loved ones

Tailored Dementia Care in Edenbridge

Our experienced team works with clients and their families to ensure the correct most beneficial care is provided. We work with our clients to help them stay as independent as possible for as long as possible and this means that our CP’s take clients to their exercise classes or group activities locally. Bridges Centre holds Creative Cafe and The Eden Centre holds Chair Yoga sessions. Maintaining a social life and continuing to be involved in local events is so important for those living with dementia. It is also vital for preventing loneliness and isolation in people living alone or having trouble going out alone.
