Our latest Care Professional satisfaction survey results

As well as running our annual client satisfaction survey, independent research company WorkBuzz also ran our latest employee satisfaction survey late last year.  Some of the highlights from the survey include:

• 93% of Care Professionals see themselves working at Home Instead in 12 months’ time, even if a comparable job was available elsewhere.

• 100% of Care Professionals feel they can be their true selves at work.

• 93% Of Care Professionals feel motivated to go the extra mile.

• 93% of Care Professionals agree that they are introduced to a new client and their needs prior to working with them.

• 93% of Care Professionals agree that they are given enough time to deliver the desired level of client care.
