Amazing, tailored care
Whatever service you choose to go for, we are known for providing care which is tailored to every single client.
Mr Robert K, the brother of a client, confirms when describing their live-in carer, Wioletta, “The care is simply outstandingly good… She is sympathetic and clearly is a professional at what she does. Dementia Specialised
We work hand in hand with our clients to make sure they have whatever support they need. Our Care Professionals are trained to handle a variety of medical conditions and the support needed for clients who live with them. Our dementia specialism is no different!
Ms KS, the daughter of a client, says, “As a family, we cared for our mum for 4 years following her dementia diagnosis and were really fearful of introducing carers. We feel so lucky to have been recommended by Home Instead. From our first meeting with one of the care managers, we felt supported and listened to.
Mum had a small team of carers helping her, and each member of that team was introduced to her and shown the setup, so they knew how best to provide support.”
Ms Laura S also praises our Care Professionals for their experience, “Despite her initial reservations, Mum now really enjoys their company, and although she isn’t able to remember the specifics of the visits, she says how kind and caring the ladies are.
The care pros and the wider team in the office have been amazing, helping us better understand the challenges Mum is facing and suggesting small changes that make a big difference. It’s a huge relief knowing the team is experienced in supporting people with Alzheimer’s and seeing them help Mum maintain her independence at home.”

Ms KS continues to say, “They matched the carers to what our mum said she would like and worked with us to ensure a care plan for each visit was agreed. We had an app that monitored when the carers arrived and left and allowed them to provide a daily blog on how things went.”
Ms Laura S says the same, “As I don’t live nearby, being able to see the visit notes after each call is incredibly reassuring too and helps me stay connected to Mum’s care.”
