Our Specialised Care

No two care journeys are the same. For some, it begins with a diagnosis such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s. For others, it may follow a stay at Sutton Hospital or a gradual change in health. What remains constant is the need for compassionate, specialist support that can adapt over time.
At Home Instead Sutton, we are ready to assist you at every stage, whatever form your care journey takes. Our highly trained Care Professionals deliver flexible, condition‑led care that evolves with you, helping clients to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.

Conditions We Support
We provide specialist home care for a wide range of conditions, with support available on both a visiting and live-in basis.
Specialist services we provide:
- Parkinson’s support: We offer patient, attentive assistance with mobility, medication routines, and daily tasks, helping clients maintain independence and stay active.
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s care: We provide compassionate, person‑centred support in calm, familiar surroundings to promote wellbeing and reduce anxiety. Alongside one‑to‑one care, we run local groups like Love To Sing, offering a safe, enjoyable space for shared music and connection!
- Cancer care: We provide flexible, compassionate support throughout treatment and recovery, and can even help bring clients to appointments.
- Palliative care: Our Care Professionals deliver sensitive, person-centred care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Rehabilitation and respite care: Whether supporting recovery after illness or providing short-term care to give family members a break, our services are designed to restore confidence and offer peace of mind.
Through ongoing specialist training, our Care Professionals are equipped to deliver personalised, condition-led day-to-day care and respond confidently to any changes in health or wellbeing. Every care plan is tailored to the individual, making everyday life easier by supporting daily routines, offering companionship, and helping with medication or personal care. We can also take clients out for gentle walks around local parks, like Sutton Park, to help them regain confidence after incidents.
Alongside our visiting care, we work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach, providing every client with seamless, well-coordinated help at home.
